No acrylic acid polymer gel in these diapers. They smell slightly of cereal as they are made from corn and wheat. Totally absorbent.

My baby is just two months old, so maybe we missed the bad batch/redesign reported in some of the 1 star reviews. Our experience with these diapers has been very positive. We use cloth during the day/at home and these diapers at night and while going out. We've had absolutely no leaks or blowouts. In fact, we like this brand better than Earth's Best (minor leak issues) and 7th gen(stiff).
My guess is that maybe Nature Baby fixed the issues they had with the redesign. Highly recommend !
Note: We got the size 1 diapers that had 160 diapers (not 176, which was likely the old batch).

Love these diapers. They have performed marvelously when we aren't able to use cloth diapers. They work great even overnight. You need to stretch the tabs a bit sometimes to get a proper fit, but they normally hold up to this really well. I feel good knowing my daughter isn't exposed to the chemicals in other diapers.

Our son is 3 1/2 months old and we have used these diapers since he was born. The only reason we have stuck with them is because we cannot live with the idea of polluting the environment so profoundly with disposable diapers that do not biodegrade for decades. These diapers are not very well designed, are not very absorbent, and consistently leak both urine and feces. Simple design changes would make these much more effective. Overall, the two stars are for the environmental friendliness and not for the performance.

These diapers are really good. They are reliable and much better for the planet than some of the alternative choices. The packaging is also biodegradable. Love, love ,love them!!! Never had a problem with leaking and the stay on well.
